We open the scene in the middle of unknown yet serene woods. The sun is shinning bright and the spacious paddocks of green grass are vibrant and colourful. Tall trees tower into the sky as they sway in the wind separated by thin wire fences with a dirt road in the middle.
The sounds of nature begin to disappear - the bird’s fly off and the sounds of the trees rustling together are drown out as the woods softly begin to vibrate! It sounds like a booming truck is racing down the dirt and dusty road as a noise gets louder and louder and closer and closer! As we pan down the dirt road we see the dirt and sand flying all over the place as a wide figure gets closer at an alarming speed! After a few seconds it's revealed not to be a truck but Michael Rissi, moving at an incredible speed! Michael sprints, as he's just a blur, moving at speeds unimaginable for anyone on foot! It's almost impossible to get a clear view of Michael as the speeding blur rushes up the path, shaking up the dirt road behind him with every quaking step!
We finally get a glimpse of Michael when he slows down on the road. A droning noise and feeling is felt just at the force of Michael slowing up his stride! Michael is pumped up with Rissi Brand sweat pants and blue trainers on as steam radiates off of his huge body at a fast rate in sync with the blood visibly pumping through his veins around him! Michael slows up around a white gate leading into one of the paddocks and jumps over into it in one monstrous leap!
He makes his way up another dirt road inside the paddock as we see a giant white house in the distance. Michael takes a detour before the house, instead making his way off to the side and down a hill where it gets rocky before the farmland. Michael comes off of the path next to a large water filled dam on the fields. He tosses aside a large rock on the path with a swat from his fist then grabs onto the edge of the ground with amazing grip, sticking his head and shoulders under the water in the dam. He stays there for a while taking a drink before getting up and shaking the water off.
Michael looks back up at the large traditional style white house just over the hill. Steam is radiating from him more and more as he sprints up the hill once more, closer to the building.
David D’Rocco: What’re you doing? Preparing for Supremacy? You should just take the rest of the day off, you gotta travel back to the US the day after tomorrow.
David D’Rocco was waiting against the gate in the front yard of the large green and lush property before the white house. In the distance there were some field workers in paddocks and there were a couple of other people to the very far left of them in a shed/workshop. Most people were stopped, staring at Michael as he made his way into view.
Michael Rissi: I know. I don’t plan on training much longer today. I was up in Melbourne earlier in the week and met with Brianna. She should be in the US already - as long as one of us wins this match it doesn’t matter.
David D’Rocco: I’m surprised she got her way into that match. She has the biggest opportunity out of everyone but this match isn’t going to be easy, not for either of you, that’s for sure.
Michael Rissi: If it was a singles match or a cage match or even handicap or triple threat or something along those lines it would be a lot easier for me. Honestly there is probably nothing that can stop me but a Scramble Match makes it so much more difficult. Someone can be pinned on the other side of the ring while I’m fighting outside and all of a sudden they become the one in the lead and it can happen any time, even right down to the final 3 seconds. That makes it anyone’s match.
David D’Rocco: Unless you simply just knock everyone out in the opening minute of the contest which wouldn’t really be a challenge for you at all…
Michael Rissi: C’mon, you know I’m not gonna do that. That’s not apart of what this contest means, that’s not apart of putting on a match that everyone in the world has been waiting for and everyone will be watching.
David D’Rocco: I have to say it was very surprising that Blaise had to vacate the World Championship after she was sidelined. I didn’t see that one coming but I supposed it opened up another space for another Rissi to try and become champion of the world.
Michael Rissi: That shouldn’t have happened. I always wanted to fight Blaise and not only to Kieran Overton sideline one of the greatest of all time with a cowardly attack but he also ruined one of my dream matches, so I will be making sure to give him one beating that he’s not going to forget as payback. Don’t worry, I’m going to make him squeal like the bitch he is, even if I don’t win the Championship…
David looks down at his boots and gives a complicated laugh. He shakes his head at the mention of Kieran Overton, an individual who aside from his wrestling ability has made himself one of the most villainous and hated people in the world of pro wrestling in 2019.
Michael Rissi: Where’s my wife and her sister?
David D’Rocco: They were down at your house this morning last I saw. I think Illa said something about them going out for breakfast or something before you guys head back to the US.
Michael Rissi: Yeah I think I remember something about that too. I mustn’t have been listening though… Hmm, well there isn’t really much else to do out here until I go back I guess. I think I’ll just wait around for Joanna to come back then we can go out for dinner or something tonight. I barely unpacked this time.
David D’Rocco: Well… There is one small thing that may not be of appeal to you. Could pose to be a little bit of an issue to you but… hmm I don’t know. I don’t want to add to your mind before you go back to the US.
Michael Rissi raises his eyebrow with a questioning look as he makes his way inside the gate. He was shorter than David D’Rocco but compared to him David was a twig. Michael was just huge. He was gargantuan size, very athletic and nothing short of amazing as he back, arms, abs and chest were pumped and powerful. David gave Michael room as he walked in and he backed off from the mammoth warrior.
Michael Rissi: I didn’t really want to hear that… What is it?
David D’Rocco: Well… Kurt was down here paying in from his collections and while he was down he decided to stay the night and stayed just outside town. He got his weasel greased at that whorehouse that’s gone up on the road out of here and would you believe it turns out Ellia Demarco’s cousin is a girl there. Long story short she works there because Ellia and Gator have a shy running out of there and Kurt managed to find out. Word gets around quick in this town so they knew who he was and she mentioned out name. Looks like Gator is back in town from Sydney or wherever he fled too, Ellia is with him and they’re not looking kindly towards us.
Michael Rissi: The fuck are you talking about? That came out of nowhere? Why the fuck would Gator give half a shit after everything that’s happened? Why would he even bother coming back?
David D’Rocco: Business I guess, plus a little revenge. EHWF didn’t pan out the way he thought it would and you know that was his whole thing. Your name was being dropped as well as the family’s so I am assuming it has something to do with you being aligned with the new Championship of Professional Wrestling and the World, wouldn’t you?
Michael Rissi: This is too fucked up for me to even care about… Are you serious? Why would he come back now - he knows what I’m capable of from last time.
David D’Rocco: It’s definitely to do with the new Championship of the World and Divine. He half failed with EHWF and now he sees the opportunity with Divine seeing as you’re there now. He also probably wants revenge and to put you away for good. Once I heard I did some digging and it seems Gator has been talking to some of your old enemies. It seems like you’re not really liked in this underground community that he’s been building…
Michael Rissi: Th-This is so fucked up… Where the fuck did any of this come from.
David D’Rocco: Like I said, once I found out I did some research. I heard he’s been talking to a few people about you but most notably, Sah’ta Thor. It’s no secret you two hate each other and you guys never got to finish your last fight in EHWF but an old fight might be re-lit. Remember a few years ago during one of your breaks, you went to Brazil to meet some people and train and you got caught up in that liberation thing?
Michael Rissi: Yeah, that’s where I found Sophia.
David D’Rocco: Right, well Thor always knew you were behind some of it but not the extent you were actually guilty of. It turns out Gator has been talking to him and feeding him information of everything in Brazil so that’ll only make Thor hate you even more and if Gator is looking for allies then he may have already found on in Thor and the Empire of Blood. This whole Divine signing and World Championship picture has put another target on your back.
Michael swings his arms back and forth and pumps up his back with a look of terrifying intensity in his eyes.
Michael Rissi: Well if that’s the case - let ‘em come and do what they want - see how far they get. Gator? Thor? I gotta worry about them now because they’re still butthurt I’ve crushed them all throughout history? Fuck them, they want an in with Divine and I’m not going to give it to them. After I’m done with the Scramble I’m coming right back down here to find these assholes and belt them into the next dimension. Divine isn’t for them. The World Championship isn’t for them - it’s for me to try and win this week at Supremacy. Scum doesn’t get to touch that belt.
Dust begins to billow below Michael and David as they look up. A few seconds later they hear a car drive up the hilly drive way leading to the farm. The noise gets closer and a black Range Rover turns in and around the fence besides the property and up to the outside of the gate where Michael and David are.
Michael Rissi: Finally… Hey, David; not a word of this to Joanna or Illa all right?
David nods, he and Michael look out at the car that’s come up and parked close to them. Joanna hops out of the passenger side dressed in a pink and purple stylish dress with flowers on it and a pair of purple flat shoes while Illa gets out of the drivers side wearing a tiny cut off red tank top and a short mini skirt. Joanna finds herself in the arms of Michael as he puts his massive arm around her with her looking tired and leaning on him. Illa shakes her head and leans on the post next to David as looks Michael up and down. She gets lost staring at him as the other look at her weirded out.
Illa Isabella: My God… Look at that. I swear I am going to move out here just to see this each day.
Joanna Rissi: Give it a rest you pervert…
Illa Isabella: What!?
Michael Rissi: So, did you guys have fun this morning?
Illa Isabella: It wasn’t too bad.
Joanna Rissi: Just went into town to get some breakfast this morning. Thought we’d do something seeing as we’re already headed back to the US tomorrow.
Michael Rissi: Well that sounds swell. We have a big day headed back to the US tomorrow so we can go and win these damn matches and this damn title at Supremacy so what do you say to going out maybe to the beach or something for dinner tonight? Just us and Tim if he’s around? I think it’s the perfect night for it!
Joanna Rissi: That sounds great!
David D’Rocco: Sure… I don’t have anything else to do.
Michael Rissi: Perfect, I’m going to get changed and put on some clothes and we can start to pack and clean up before we head into town and the beach later.
Michael walks off up towards the house with Illa still glued to him with a smirk until Joanna punches her sister in the arm. Michael gives a wave that he’ll be a few minutes as we walks up the path.
David D’Rocco: April, what time is your flight tomorrow?
Joanna Rissi: Early in the morning.
David D’Rocco: Make sure he doesn’t train before hand and start overdoing it again. This isn’t going to be a simple one to win and he knows that. We don’t want him going overboard and getting himself hurt.
Joanna Rissi: You’re telling me. He’s so strong now that it gets harder and harder to slow him down and get him to take it easy. I just don’t want him to go over the edge this time…
Michael marched up to the house, stepping his way on the concrete path and over the bricks until he got to the steps. With the three behind him in the background he had a look of expression and focus on his face as he was deep in thought about his match in the Championship Scramble. To Michael it didn’t matter if he won or lost this one, he was in Divine for many reasons but this match had become bigger for him. 1. He had to make Kieran Overton pay. 2. He had to stop Rory Hazlow and Justice and 3. He really wanted the World Championship but because Scramble rules would make this a difficulty, he had to make sure the World Championship was captured either by him or Brianna so they could bring it to the Rissi name. Either way, no matter what happened, these were interesting times and Divine was just getting started!
Rissi walked off away from the sunlight and the shot into the shaded shadows in the heat, entering the house as we faded out from the scene.
